Find a professional pergola installation expert in Footscray

Looking to replace an old canopy that provides cover from rain on the west side of the property. Sliding doors on this side exit to the backyard from the dining area. Would also like to have a deck to replace concrete tiles and grass. Approx area is 5 x 3 metres. Flexible regarding design but there will be a few requirements such as not blocking out too much winter sun and guttering for rainfall into the in place water tank. Council is Maribyrnong, not sure whether a permit will be required for this. Budget set as $2000 but happy to negotiate higher if required.

I need to put a roof on my existing pergola. Preference the 8mm poly twinwall in clear colour. Around 15 square meters needed with couple meters of gutter ( no downpipe ) will use metal string for water to go down the garden bed
