Current polycarbonate roof was replaced in 2020. This wasn’t fitted correctly & may also have holes around the attachment areas. The parameter and few other nailed areas have significantly leaked since, which fast tracked the deterioration to the lattice attached between the roof and the fence, also the fence and some of the support beams. It has also weakened & stripped back some of the paving paint, due to the rain pouring in. This level of leakage and rapid damage never occurred prior to this re-fit and was only required because previous original laser light (approx 30yrs/old) got hail damage. Install either a pergola or verandah in our backyard over the deck.

Add 4-5 polycarbonate sheets to cover the open area of existing pergola. And add Bunnings bistro blinds on the left.

This is a newly built pergola. On top of the perforated metal sheeting is 6mil Perspex sheets. The metal fabricator made a basic attempt at trying to make this Watertight with silicon however acknowledged that this was not his area of expertise and it is quite evident that when it rains there are areas under the pergola which still get quite wet Looking for someone who is experienced with waterproofing. The job would involve getting on top of the metal structure and also possibly using silicon from underneath as well.

I need someone to setup carport for my property along with setting up gutters for rainwater. Also, I have a pergola which needs a cover on top too.
