I want to install a stepping stone sidewalk as seen in the photos. I have about 15m long x 1 m wide walkway which has a bit of gravel on it. I will provide the pavel blocks and the river stone.

The back of a garden hut sunk over the years. It worsened over the years and stopped a year or more ago; I assume the ground finally settled. We are in the process of selling the house, and I want that section to look better - and avoid questions/assumptions by potential buyers thinking the entire house will disappear in a sinkhole very soon :-) In short, I want somebody now to: - Lift the approx. 40 pavers between the hut and the back fence - Lift the artificial turf (approx. 8 sqm) - Add crushed rock and bedding sand to bring that section to the level of the rest of the hut - Level the prepared bed - Place pavers and/or turf back in place. Some notes or thoughts: - Trucks used to run in the backyard during the construction phase (and I assume good compaction happened that way) and we left the ground to sit for another two to three years before the garden was done. - The person who did the paving did a sub-par job Anyway, I am not expecting a perfect job now as this requires removing all pavers, probably lifting the hut slightly, etc. All I want is for the back to be levelled and not to sink again within the following years. The person who did the paving used (to my knowledge) only concrete around the pavers; I don't think all pavers are concreted to the ground. I think/hope the pavers can be lifted and placed back (if they don't break). If that proves to be complicated, I would also be happy to replace the back behind the hut with identical plastic turf as long as it looks semi-decent. There is a path along the house to access the back. It is not very wide (at the water tank around 1m, otherwise 1.35m or so). Currently the house is vacant, if you place tarps or foils on top of the tiled floors, materials could be brought to the back through there (not preferred and only and option if it doesn't cause wall/floor damages or a huge mess!).
