Need to tile approximately 17m2 on my balcony(3rd floor apartment), and build a few small elevated garden beds. I am unsure whether the existing tiles need to come up or whether tiling can be done over the top of the existing tiles. The existing tiles have grout missing in places (see photo). I need to clean or sand pavers with epoxy grout

Hi, I’m looking to have some work done around my pool and outdoor paver area. The job includes: • Pressure washing the entire area to remove dirt, debris, and any mould. • Removing the old grout, which is deteriorating and coming loose in multiple areas. • Re-grouting the entire paved area using a durable, water-resistant grout suitable for pool surrounds. I’ve done some research and found that epoxy grout is often recommended for pool areas, but I’m happy to hear your professional recommendations as well. • Repairing and re-bedding several loose pavers, as seen in the photos. • Sealing the entire area after the grouting is complete to help protect it from moisture, stains, and general wear. The area is approximately 60 square metres, with 10mm gaps between pavers. Please let me know if you need any further details
