I am looking for a licensed builder to install two adjacent patios that I am proposing to purchase from Stratco. One is an insulated patio of 3m X 3m and the other a Louver pergola of 5.5m X 2.7m approx. One side is wall and existing alfresco, although these put together at 8.5m will exceed the length of the house slightly. There are approximate drawings and council approval is in process. Someone else is doing the floor decking. Need someone to first install the posts so that the decking can continue and then once the decking is done by that time 4-5 weeks the Stratco delivery time the rest of it can be installed. I am not attaching any images, but I will need the selected bidder to come to site and do the actual measurements , based on which Stratco order will be paced. Kindly mention your experience of similar work, and if possible share photos of past work. I am attaching some approximate drawings from Stratco, please get back for more details.
