I’ve got a concrete patio that needs preparing for painting. There’s old paint that needs completely removing to bare concrete, probably by grinding. The area is about 5x3m and there’s a door step and a longer step down the side.

I need someone who has the equipment and experience to prepare our existing veranda sealing and painting, using a concrete grinder or equivalent to remove the existing paint (that is flaking). As shown in the photos, the veranda is a total of about 12 - 13m, plus a landing at the top of the stairs. There are also 3 steps to be grinded. And the lips on the edge of the veranda (we will obviously remove all furniture etc off the veranda. Job would suit someone that has a larger concrete grinder plus a hand hold to do the corners, the lip of the veranda and the 3 steps. - Due date: Flexible

I would like commercial paint stripper used to remove the paint from the door frames (only, door is being replaced) and the wooden cladding surrounding the door area , taking the timber back to Raw. I would like the removed paint to be put into plastic rubbish bags. I tested it out to see what the wood was like underneath on the weekend with the cheap stripper from Bunnings, but I ran out of time to complete myself.
