Hi, we're looking for an odour removal specialist for a rental property we've recently moved into. Two bedrooms have a pet-like smell, possibly from a dog, with one much worse than the other. The cause is unknown. The carpets have been professionally cleaned, but the smell remains and seems stronger from the walls than the carpets. We need both rooms assessed as a whole, not just another carpet clean. We want the source addressed, not the smell masked with fragrance.
