We are unable to connect our home network to the internet. We recently changed to FTTP, and switched from Telstra to Spintel, then to Tangerine and now cannot get our TP Link wireless mesh network system to connect to the internet. We have two sites connected via VPN that require two Synology NAS units to backup via a desktop app we have pre installed. We have a pharmacy nearby to Footscray, a set of 7 computer connect to each other with a software call Fred Office, 4 brothers printer. The NBN internet is IInet and the network usually dropping out and none of the computers can not connect to NBN for a while, we had to use mobile hotspot. Sometimes, the pc also cant communicate with the printers which leads to the situation that we cant print anything.
