The NBN cable does not have a proper cap on it, so the wire is exposed and comes out of the port easily. Please supply the proper cap and install on the cable, ensuring it plugs into the NBN port.

We have had the NBN service say that we need an electrician or cable person to assist in running the cable from outside the house into a conduit that is in the kitchen cupboard

NBN phone line needs to be installed. It looks like there is an old one but it doesn’t seem to be working says the Internet provider people on their end. Also one of the wires seems to be cut, I think it’s very old - so I would imagine a new installation. Can arrange payment on day to see how much it is comment on here Thanks
