Move NBN Point (nbn box point) From one room to another. Approx 10-12m away

New build with incomplete home hub. 10 ethernet cables unmarked, with 2 connected to a 6 port switch (may be cctv related). Big grey box is alarm system. NBN ready with HFC architecture installed outside home which i assume is the stray coaxial cable in photo (tucked inside). Require advice and cleaning this up for organisation and safety, installing electrical outlets if required to prepare for NBN, but at the same time ensuring ethernet cables are connected and working for the rooms, router to be bought via advice including mesh hub.

- Supply, wire & install new point - from front of house to granny flat. - Includes conduit work and plate within granny flat. - Test & commission cable.

NBN has just been installed but due to the location of the modem it is in the garage and reception is rubbish. Need to add connector to blue internet cable and then check connection at indoor wall socket, then relocate the modem to indoors.

NBN HFC Socket Relocation

An NBN technician has assessed the property and determined that drilling through an internal wall (double brick) is necessary to complete the broadband installation. However, due to potential risks of damaging internal services (e.g., electrical wiring, water pipes), the technician has advised that this part of the work be handled by a qualified handyman or carpenter. Scope of Work: • Safely drill a hole through the specified internal wall to allow NBN cabling to be passed through. • Ensure that internal services (electrical, plumbing, etc.) are identified and avoided during the drilling process. • Use appropriate tools and methods to complete the task cleanly and without causing damage to surrounding structures. • Seal or tidy up the hole if necessary to ensure it is safe and ready for NBN technicians to proceed.

Our network specialist team has detected an open circuit on the line beyond the main distribution frame (MDF) and unfortunately this is outside of the NBNco capacity to request a technician. Therefore, to restore the connection between the main distribution frame (MDF) and your premise, you will need to contact the body corporate or arrange a private technician. We do apologise for the inconvenience. An abloy key is needed to access the Comms board apparently.

NBN won’t connect, telephone line likely damaged during removal of connection point during retiling. Must be qualified.

I had a working NBN connection from under the house via phone line. After renovation, it stopped working. Need it fixed, and also moved (while under the house) to the next room. Qualified cable technician or electrician required. Also, crawl space under house is about 80-90cm (3 feet).
