My preference would be someone who is willing to charge $7 per hour on weekdays and $8 per hour on weekends. Can be negotiated on further discussion. Asking for low charge as my daughter is mostly independent and does all her work by herself, need only monitoring and be with her until I come back nothing more that. I will keep everything ready for her, you don’t need to help with anything.
