Hello! We are currently offering a mystery shopping opportunity at a fitness club. No prior mystery shopping experience is required. All we ask is that you watch a brief training video that will guide you through what to focus on during the mystery shop. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will be expected to: Complete the mystery shop as per the instructions in the Project Brief. Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) that includes any necessary supporting materials (receipts, photos, screenshots, etc.), as outlined in the Project Brief and training video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to visit the club location during the designated hours provided to you. In your mystery shopping report, you will assess the service you receive via the following: Over the phone At the club itself Any follow-up communication you receive If you have any questions, please feel free to ask below. While we cannot disclose the exact location publicly, kindly mention whether you are currently a member of any fitness clubs in your offer so we can check for any potential conflicts of interest. Please note that all mystery shop tasks require watching a quick training video and completing a knowledge check to ensure you understand the task requirements. This training is solely for preparation and is not part of the actual mystery shop task. If the task needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be able to release payment for the training without the completion of the task itself. The training must be completed within 48 hours after being assigned.

The format of this activity is Mystery Shopping.
