Hello! We have an opportunity for you to make visit a gym and provide feedback on your experience. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will: Visit the gym and follow the instructions provided. Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. Project brief Visit the gym during staffed hours (avoid lunch hours). Arrive without an appointment and express interest in joining to take a tour of the facilities. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We cannot publicly disclose the exact location, but please mention if you are currently a member of any gyms so we can avoid conflicts of interest. Please note that the training video and knowledge check are preparation for this task. The training will not take more than 15 minutes to complete. If the task is canceled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training. PLEASE NOTE: Once you are assigned to the task, you will receive a welcome message containing the training video and knowledge check. ( This takes 15 min to complete) Upon completion, you will need to email the community team to confirm that you have finished the training. They will provide you with a confirmation email and report link for your mystery shop. From that point onward, all correspondence regarding the organization of your mystery shop will be handled by the designated team. However, any questions, queries, or extension requests should continue to be directed to the community team. Training must be completed within 24 hours of assignment. We are looking for a reliable and flexible mystery shopper to visit an assigned store between 16th and the 21st of September to evaluate an in-store promotion. The task is simple but requires a specific timeframe, so please only apply if you are available during these dates. The $25 payment is non-negotiable and includes both your shopper fee and the purchase of an eligible product. Tasks: •Visit the assigned store between September 3rd and 6th. •Locate promotional materials in the store and take discreet photos. •Purchase an eligible product. •Observe whether the staff member provides you with a promotional item and note their response. •If given a promotional item, follow the instructions provided to participate in the promotion. •Upload all in-store photos when submitting your report. Payment: You will earn $25 upon completion of the task, which covers your shopper fee and the purchase of the product. If you win an instant prize of $10 or $20, you get to keep it! Need someone to check the music that some shops are playing for the public located in Berwick and record a short video about your findings. You can complete this ANYTIME before the due date.   We need to confirm if certain shops are playing music on their networks. The format of this activity is Mystery Shopping. You will need to take a number of pictures (very discreetly) and answer some simple questions about the music being played in the shop.    The two pictures and the video need to be clear and consistent with the information requested, as we need quality information. Hi there! THE PROJECT We have a mystery shop available and needs to be completed on or before the due date. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the venue’s facilities and the service you receive. This is a “full experience” mystery shop so you will be required to make a booking a day in advance before your go to the venue, order 2 main meal’s, 1 kids meal and 2 poured drink. You will need to ask specific questions while at the venue, this will be advised to you after training has been completed. It is important to note you must have a child to bring under 10 years old! Budget of this task is $40, inclusive of fees. We'll compensate you for 2x main meal at $35, 2x poured drink at $15 each, and 1x kids meal at $15. Can't name the specific location of this venue for privacy reasons. Happy to answer any questions! Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task.
