We have over 300 BWS stores around Australia that need auditing. We are in search of someone who can visit at least 4 of them. Please note that purchasing is not required to complete this task. We are looking mystery shoppers wanted to audit petrol stations and convenience stores using the 'Snooper' app. 10 minutes estimated time per location. Must use the app to complete the task and take photos. Download the app and select the specified missions. Further information will be provided upon acceptance of the offer. HOW TO FIND YOUR TASKS/MISSIONS ON THE SNOOPER APP - Download the app ‘Snooper - Paid surveys’ - Once the App is installed, sign up using your email address - Go to the map ('Search' tab) - Click on the Filter icon on the left of the Search button to open the missions list. - Click 'Clear' to unselect all missions. - Select the missions shown on the screenshot in the comment section of this task and click Apply. You will be redirected to the map. - Zoom in and out and use the Search button to find venues with the Tasks/Missions assigned to you. - Read the mission overview and go through the checkpoints to get familiar with your mission. I am looking for someone to go into a retail store and ask a series of questions, Payment is $40 for your time this includes the report, we will have to chat with you before you head to the store for a brief training session.

We currently have a mystery shopping opportunity available! You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. We would need to head to the store on the WEEKDAY and submit the report of your experience on or before the due date. **If you are in any way nervous of heading out, or are concerned about following government guidelines for masks, distancing, etc., please do not apply for this shop. We can't name the client publicly, however we can answer some FAQs: 1. What is involved? You would need to watch a short training video that describes the shop's requirements. You'd then go into the store between 9am-4pm and pretend that you are needing a new cooker. We will provide you with the details of the product. 2. Do I need to buy anything? No, you do not need to pay anything throughout the shop. 3. What happens after I've been in to the store? As soon as you can, fill out the online report answering questions about the customer service that you received. That's it! It's super straightforward, but we are more than happy to answer any questions below. Visit our Narra Warren store and conduct a mystery shopper audit on the stores. Phone with camera is required and ability to pay attention to detail and follow the audit steps is essential. The audit will take about 40 - 50 minutes to complete in store and then findings added to audit template with photos. The whole task is normally completed within 1.5hrs including completion of audit document.
