I’m looking for a reliable person to complete in-person observational market research for a phone case vending machine business across three Sydney shopping centres: • Rhodes Central • South Village Kirrawee • Birkenhead Point Outlet This is observation only — no surveys, no approaching the public. ⸻ What you’ll do At each centre, observe 2–3 pre-selected locations (I’ll confirm exact spots once assigned). For each location, record: • Foot traffic (counted, not estimated) • Direction of travel (pass-through vs browsing) • Approximate age group (broad bands) • Phone usage (phone in hand / looking at phone) • Dwell behaviour (do people stop, slow, or hesitate?) • Nearby factors (queues, seating, anchors) You’ll also: • Take clear photos of each location • Write brief notes on strengths/weaknesses • Rank locations within each centre from best to worst, with reasons ⸻ Time required • Minimum 2 time blocks per centre (e.g. weekday lunch + afternoon or weekend midday) • 20–30 minutes per location • Total time approx. 5–7 hours across all centres ⸻ Deliverables • Completed observation template (Word / Google Doc/ Google Sheets) • Photos labelled by centre and location • Short summary: “If this were your money, where would you place the machine and why?” ⸻ Ideal person • Detail-oriented and reliable • Comfortable observing in public spaces • Able to follow instructions closely Accuracy and consistency is more important than speed. Hello! We have an opportunity for you to visit a gym and provide feedback on your experience. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. By the deadline outlined in the Project Brief, you will: Visit the gym and follow the instructions provided. Submit an online report including any necessary materials (receipts, photos, screenshots) as specified in the training video. Project brief Visit the gym between 9am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday (avoid lunch hours). Arrive without an appointment and express interest in joining to take a tour of the facilities. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We cannot publicly disclose the exact location, but please mention if you are currently a member of any gyms so we can avoid conflicts of interest.
