I would like a pre purchase inspection on what needs to get done for a blue slip and rego, want to check the battery, starter switch and what is needed for blue slip and registration. Would also like to get blue slip, rego and repairs done all together

Left mirror on 2011 Ford territory is damaged and needs repair. The mechanism to make it move still appears to work. I am happy for just the mirror to be attached and/or the shell on the front to be also fixed. Prefer same colour of possible. It's a goldly/greeny colour. I am open to reasonable offers.
