Small chips on roof of car, rust formed under paint/clearcoat. About 4 patched need repairing

Recently had a minor car accident which caused my bumper to pop out of place and the screws on either side snap. It’s a minor cosmetic issue that I’d like to resolve. Might be something as simple as some hidden screws, but would love for it to look seamless again with the rest of the car without having to replace the entire bumper. My Car is a Mercedes Benz C250. Would preferably need it done on Friday but can potentially work out another time if needed.

I need someone experienced with timber repairs/painting to repair several scratches and small gouges on an exterior painted timber balcony handrail. The timber itself appears to be in good condition, but the black/dark charcoal coating has been scratched through in several areas. The job would involve: Sanding/preparing the damaged areas Filling deeper scratches/gouges where required Sanding the repairs smooth and flush Priming exposed timber/filler Colour matching the existing black/dark charcoal finish Repainting/touching up the handrail so the repair blends in as well as possible I'm open to repainting the whole top section of the handrail if this will give a better and more uniform finish.
