Fitting an Extender arm to both slide doors on Mitsubishi Delica Van. Coolum, Sunshine Coast Hi, I've fitted flares on the wheel arches of my van to accomodate wider tyres. Now, both Slide Doors rub on the rubber flares just enough to damage the inside trim of the door. So now I'm checking the feasibity of fitting extender arms (I can supply) to the middle hinge or (regrettably) removing the flares. see attached photo of the extender arm, my old van, and the slide door area to be modified. Looking for a Cost Estimate based on this info, & providing there are no un-foreseen snags, of course. I am looking for someone around Sunshine Coast region. I need someone to fit and weld about 40cm of curved 3 inch exhaust pipe going from the dump pipe to the pre existing exhaust system on the car. The dump pipe is flanged and the rear exhaust system is tapered at the end however I can’t bend pipe nor have a welder. You would have to come measure, buy the right pipe (which I will pay for) and weld the piece in properly.

Previous housemates left gouges in polyurethane coated floorboards. Floor boards also show signs of scuffs and scratches from every day use and dogs. Main concern is the gouges second concern is overall buff or polish. *Do not have permission to sand anything back (nor the funds) just want to take the attention off so when property manager inspect, they don’t pick up on it I would be open to sanding the affected floorboards for the deep gouges. But cannot do a full sand and polish of all floorboards. I believe we have the original vanish, but this would be quite old by now so not sure if the sheen or colour will match any more I have tried wax sticks, scratch polish, walnut. My next attempt was going to be to hire a floor polisher however KENNARDS hire company did not recommend their floor polisher for our job. They expressed that the provided pads will not suffice. Every specialist I speak to says that they will not just sand one area due to the potential of mismatch I am open to advice, and happy to assist

A large fridge was moved over the laminate floor and left some deep scratches. This needs to get patched up for the real estate. Looking for quotes at the moment. Thank you.
