I’m looking for an experienced cleaner to perform both dry mopping and wet mopping on epoxy flooring that is only 2 months old. Garage size: approx. 400 m² ⚠️ As this is new epoxy flooring, it’s essential that: - Only epoxy-safe, non-abrasive chemicals are used - No harsh, acidic, or abrasive cleaners - Flooring must not be scratched, dulled, or damaged Requirements: - Proven experience cleaning epoxy floors - Ability to do dry mopping (dust removal) and wet mopping - Must bring your own professional cleaning equipment - Must use chemicals safe for new epoxy flooring - Careful and detail-oriented Please comment with your experience cleaning epoxy floors and confirm you can do both wet and dry mopping, have epoxy-safe products, and your own equipment. 3 carpeted bedrooms needs to be vacuumed, living area hall needs to be mopped, one bathroom needs to be cleaned including heir glass door, folding the cloths nicely and neatly organised in cub boards and garage needs to be organised (little items in cub boards just needs to be stacked properly) and keep things in place appropriately in kitchen after cleaning. Surface wipe down, tiles vacuum and mop. The unit has been vacated :) The carpet has been professionally cleaned so no need to vacuum them. Bond clean has been completed, but I just need someone to go over it the get rid of dust or footprints before the real estate inspection on Saturday morning.
