The job been virtually done they just didn’t have the tool to take cv joint out Outstanding work • Reseat the CV joint back into position (it needs to be popped out and then seated correctly). • Reconnect the brake hose to the caliper and confirm it’s routed correctly with no twists/kinks. Brake system • Top up brake fluid as required. • Bleed the brakes and confirm a firm pedal / no air in the system. • Check for any leaks at the hose connection after bleeding. Final safety checks • Go over all nuts/bolts touched and torque-check them. • Confirm wheel spins freely, no rubbing, and everything is secured. • Quick roadworthiness check: no warning lights, no abnormal noises, recheck for leaks after a short roll.

I own a 2006 mini and the part that makes the window go up and down is broken and needs replacing. I’m looking for a car mechanic or apprentice who can fix the part. I’ve purchased the part which is in my garage. The door skin has already been removed so just need the part replaced.
