Find a local Microsoft Outlook helper in North West Perth

I am looking for someone to help me set up an email template for my work which I can send out to clients after they attend an appointment. I have already created the template and have it saved as an HTML file but whenever I tried to upload it onto my email it is just an attachment rather than the body of the email. My understanding is that I just need to change a few setting but I don’t have the capacity to try and sort it out at the moment. I would like the template/email saved for easy access so I can just pop in someone’s email and send it off after I see them. I am a health professional so for confidentiality I cannot provide access to my email so would either need someone to come over and complete the set up on my computer with me present.
