Airman AX40-5U 4.5 ton Excavator not starting. Engine Yanmar Model 4TNV88-PHB Turbo Diesel 1.3 or 1.4 litre engine. Worked & running perfectly prior to Cyclone Alfred, however not running now. All fuses checked tested and replaced by new fuses just for sake of ruling out electrical fuses. Electrical Relays tested for continuity on 2 poles only & checks out however I’m not totally sure on relay function or activation on an engine Starter motor turns over fine with new battery installed. Fuel pump and fuel line, seemingly pumping fuel normally. Maybe Emergency Stop switches problem preventing fuel injection powering injectors. Maybe fuel injection problem? Emergency power cut off to ignition works, However unable to test or diagnose secondary Emergency Cut off system. I’m an electronics technician however I have little experience regarding
