Wanted.Mechanic/mechanically minded to diagnose my 2004 Toyota Prius NHW20R.1.5 petrol hybrid fwd 4 cylinder hatch series 2. Knowledge of Disc brakes,Disc brake Rotors, brake calipers,ball joint,bushings *Could be stuck piston in the brake calipers or bushings> as a terible loud knocking,scraping noise coming from undrrneath the car. I have The disc brakes are making a horrific sound as soon as you move the car forward or back it's like the scraping it possibly could be the brake caliper pistons sticking. The sound sounds like metal on metal. Ear piercing scraping noise. As I'm unable to drive it as I'm worried that something will crack & or brake ,& would leave me stranded on the side of the road.& THen have the extra expense of a tow truck.So lets make contact,so you can diagnose the cars damage ,then we can negotiate a price. need a quote to come out and have a look so I know what I am up against. I'm located on the Redcliffe Peninsula (north end).
