Fuel pump electrical diagnosis

Just put a new msd blaster 2 Coil into 1978 kingswood sedan. Replaced earth wires from battery to block and battery to radiator support. Now fuel pump pressurising fuel but not switching off once primed. Makes an intermittent priming sound and car not starting. Has msd atomic 1 efi system with billet HEI distributor and 6AL box. Would like a diagnosis from an auto electrician please. - Due date: Flexible
