I’m looking for a teacher, a university student, or a recent graduate from Melbourne High, Mac. Robertson, or a similar school, to tutor a Year 8 student in Maths and English. The student is currently performing at around a mid-Year 9 level and mainly needs support in specific areas to strengthen and refine their skills. This includes different types of writing (analytical, narrative, persuasive, and creative) as well as targeted support in Maths where needed. Face-to-face sessions are preferred once a week at our home, but we are also open to online sessions or meeting at a mutually agreed location. Ideally, we are looking for one or two sessions per week covering both subjects.
