Hey so I'm a first year uni student. I'm 10 years out of school and I'm struggling a bit with some stuff in my chemistry and maths subjects. Looking for someone that is able to help make this stuff easier to understand. Super ideal if someone knows both but I realise that's probably not realistic. I've got a pretty flexible schedule and I'm happy to drive somewhere if need be. Looking for maybe 1-2 sessions a week for about an hour each time.

Hi there, I need a English/math tutor for my Grade 1 & 3 kids, 4 days a week, during the week. I'll be expecting you to do the following: 1) Help with the year's curriculum - I expect you to guide me here in terms of materials to get 2) Help with homework from school and extra work from the exercises that I'll be purchasing based on your guidance. You'll be explaining the concepts, assisting with understanding, etc. 3) Provide feedback / check-in to us parents In terms of timing, it can be: - between 7am to 8am (preferred for the Grade 3) - between 4pm to 5pm (preferred for the Grade 1) - between 5pm to 6pm (could be an option for either of them). It will be an hr per child, 4 days a week, total of 2 hrs a day = 8 hrs a week. $35/hr. Qualifications: Since these are relatively young children, the main thing I'm looking for is the ability to engage and explain concepts to these little ones and most important of all - patience! My boys can be fidgety and easily distracted, specially the Grade 1. Preferable: Part time / substitute teacher or tutor A motivated and passionate college or even high school student (however I will need a proven track record of academic excellence or aptitude) The lessons will take place at Kedron 4031 and it will be for one child at a time.
