It is a quality assurance procedure so you can't have been to the clinic, previously. Before and after the session, via an online form, you'll provide detailed feedback (good or bad) about the experience (while not letting the clinic know that you are a mystery shopper). This information can then be used for future improvements. Please note you must be able to pay upfront for the session (approx $100) and be reimbursed afterward.
