Hi there! We have a mystery shop opportunity at a pop-up stall. You will need to go to this stall between 10 am - 4 pm on 28.08.25 - 29.08.25 and enquire about the company they are representing . You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity to serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase or sign up. Once you've visited the pop up, you will then fill out your online mystery shopping report within 2 hours of your visit. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. You will have 24 hours to complete the training from when it has been emailed to you. You cannot complete the shop till the training has been completed and our confirmation email has been sent to you. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. To do this mystery shop you will need to have some experience attending fitness classes. This will just ensure as a mystery shopper, you already have a level of comfort in a fitness studio and surroundings are familiar. You do not need to be in peak physical condition or have amazing fitness. As part of the Mystery Shopping team, you will be helping assess their staff's customer service and ultimately help them improve this service with your feedback. 1. Need someone to go to an address in the Brisbane CBD (which we use as our virtual address as has a bunch of businesses working there) and take a video with their phone to show it's our actual business address. You will just need to contact the business centre directly (I'll provide the number) to organise a time that suits both yourself and the business centre manager to come in and do the quick verification video. You will need to bring in a laptop and print out our company logo on an A3 piece of paper (so it looks like company signage and you can put it up in the business centre for the video) to show that the address is our business location in the video. I can't do this myself as I don't live in Australia anymore, so just need someone that can organise this and get the video for me so we can verify our Google Business listing.
