This is a mystery shopping task, so you will need to play the role of a carer looking for recommendations. 📌 TASK REQUIREMENTS Visit the assigned pharmacy. Ask the pharmacist or staff about infant formula brands recommended for infants with reflux issues. Specifically, inquire about the benefits of Aptamil Reflux and Novolac Reflux formulas. Take clear, readable photos of your handwritten or typed notes from the interaction. 📌 IMPORTANT NOTES This is a mystery shopping task; do not reveal you are completing a survey. If the pharmacy is permanently closed, take clear photos of the storefront to receive a $2 compensation. Ensure all photos are clear and readable. You would be required to make a phone enquiry to this gym, and then go in to look around the facilities. You would need to be available to make a phone enquiry on Monday, talk to the staff member and then go in to the club some time during the week. Please note your enquiry will be recorded (all staff members have signed agreements to being recorded), so please do not apply unless you are comfortable submitting a recording of your conversation. There are two very quick quick training videos that will be sent to you that will go over all of the finer details of this shop, including what sort of questions will be asked in the reports and some tips for mystery shopping to ensure you are confident before starting the task.
