You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Reach out to the studio about doing a pilates class 2 days in advance 2. Assess the class confirmation process 3. Assess the studio, welcome and tour provided 4. Assess the class and the interaction after You will need to book a specific class type and we will reimburse you for this cost. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive of Airtasker fees. Hi there! We have an opportunity for you to visit a Fitness Studio and provide feedback on your experience to us. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. To do this mystery shop you will need to have some experience attending fitness classes. This will just ensure as a mystery shopper, you already have a level of comfort in a fitness studio and surroundings are familiar. You do not need to be in peak physical condition or have amazing fitness. As part of the Mystery Shopping team, you will be helping assess their staff's customer service and ultimately help them improve this service with your feedback. 1.
