Title: Caravan Mover Needed – Aspley, Brisbane Job Description: Hi, I'm looking for someone experienced in manoeuvring caravans who has their own powered caravan mover, electric caravan tug or suitable professional equipment. I have a 2009 Jayco Expanda single-axle caravan that needs moving approximately 5–10 metres further down a gently sloping concrete driveway into a large backyard parking area. The caravan is already approximately 75% of the way through a carport, but my Ford Territory's towbar sits too high due to the angle of the driveway. The carport has very tight roof clearance, so the caravan needs to be moved slowly and carefully while maintaining a low drawbar height. The caravan is currently disconnected from the vehicle, with the jockey wheel supported on timber blocks. Important requirements: Must bring suitable powered equipment capable of safely controlling the caravan downhill. Experience manoeuvring caravans in confined spaces. Ability to safely support and lower the drawbar and remove the timber blocks. Must check roof clearance before moving. No manual pushing or uncontrolled rolling. Photos available showing the driveway, caravan and carport. Located in Aspley, North Brisbane. Looking for someone experienced who can complete this safely.
