Looking for a regular cleaner to come to the house every 2 weeks, the first time is going to be a lil but more $$$. Need a very detailed house deep clean. It’s a 4 bedroom low house. 2 bedrooms, study and 2 bathrooms to be cleaned on a weekly basis (approx 3 hours). Plus a granny flat of 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom, lounge and kitchen to be cleaned on a fortnightly basis (approx 2 hours) Its a lowset brick home and we have 3 cats (non-shedding) so cant be allergic. Need all sheets changed, washing done, into drier, folded and put away. Kitchen, dishes loaded and put away from dishwasher. All surfaces wiped down. Window sills, fan blades also cleaned when required (not every week). Floors are vinyl tiles, so vacuum and mop is required. Sometimes there will be groceries to put away. Rubbish bins are also to be emptied. Looking for a regular reliable cleaner who is covid double vaxxed (proof required), has an ABN, can provide a stamped (or digital) receipt and has all their own equipment and insurance.   We are both double vaxxed as well. Prefer work done on a Tuesday, but am flexible re day.  Start time at granny flat is anytime from 9am, at the main house is anytime from 11am. Expect first day will be 5 hours for 1 person, although don't mind if 2 people are here to get done quicker, therefor my budget of $220 for first clean to cover 5 hours, fees and gst etc. Budget is $35 per hour (per person) ongoing, if both of us happy to proceed with regular weekly cleaning.
