Full bond clean for this property will need more than 8 hrs, however I will try to make it move out clean for you. We are currently hourly rate of $59, so It'll cost you $472. I think I'll make small amount of offer here then it might be better for you to pay the rest in hand after clean. If Monday 10th Aug works, that is perfect for us.
