Need to either repair lock barrel or replace whole handle with same door handle as pictured. Important that door can be opened with one hand (owner is unable to use other arm), even if it means the same key is used to unlock top lock, then bottom lock in two-step process.

When the lock is pointing upright it means the door is unlocked. When the lock is turned to the left, it means the door will lock when you close it. For some reason the door has stopped locking. We have the key and it still doesn’t lock.
