Find and experienced emergency locksmith in Elizabeth Bay

Need someone experienced with old/vintage mortice locks to come and fix 2 internal doors in my apartment in Sydney. Both doors are a bit stiff/heavy to open and I do not have the original keys. I would like: - inspect and fix/adjust both locks - check door alignment if needed - make 2 new keys (1 for each door) - keep the existing vintage hardware and existing holes if possible Looking for someone who can come and resolve everything. I have an internal door handle (privacy lever with push button) that isn’t working properly. Issue: The handle is slightly sagging downward (not sitting level) The push-button lock only works when the handle is perfectly aligned, otherwise it won’t engage Likely cause is loose internal screws or worn mechanism What needs to be done: Remove handle and cover plate (concealed fix lever set) Inspect and tighten internal mounting screws Realign handle so it sits level Ensure the spring return is working correctly Test and fix push-button lock so it engages properly when the door is closed If the mechanism is faulty, advise if replacement is needed (and ideally install if I approve) Tools required: Basic hand tools (Allen keys, screwdriver set, something to fit in the hole to open the casing with) Experience with door handles / lock mechanisms Location: Elizabeth bay Parking: onsite guest spaces in parking garage (for vehicles under 2 metres) Timing: later in May, likely May 20 or 21 Experience required: Must have experience installing or repairing door handles/locks Familiar with concealed-fix lever handles General handyman or locksmith experience preferred Notes: This is a standard internal door (not a front/security door) I have a replacement door handle if this one is beyond repair

The door handle has come apart and needs replacing I am not sure it can be repaired (inside door)

Seeking someone who can advise on the correct lock type to purchase for our bedroom door and then come and do the install. Looking for something that will match our current door handle but unsure which lock to buy that will work correctly. Hoping to get a lock like the one featured in the photos but not sure if thats the right kind! I don't want it to be a lock that requires a key.

Bathroom door handle has broken with the inside door handle not releasing the springs of the lock. Handle only works from one side, not the inside - Due date: Before Saturday, 10 December 2022

Put a second lock on the unit door (residential) as it broke. Bought a new similar one and ready to be replace. There is no hurry as the main lock works perfectly
