Need to open the lock box. I have lost the keys.

There was previously a smart lock installed on this french door, but the previous owner too it with them and left a Yale lock and regular door handle. We bought a new smart lock to install. Looks like it will need a bigger 'hole' cutting into the door to make it fit.

Our room door got locked/jammed from the inside we can’t find the key. Standard door knob with a privacy lock.

The front screen door self closure thing is broken so it slams now, I can take and attach a photo to show the problem.. We have a Kogan smart door handle that we need fitted to our front door. Currently there is an old, normal door handle and a Yale lock sitting above it separately.
