Hello - I really don't know what the best way to proceed is. Please use the budget as just a guesstimate. The quote will depend upon any materials you use as well which I don't know the cost of. I have an existing gate to enter my property. It is a steel gate, which I can open via an app and an internal panel (intercom). But there are multiple issues - #1 The gate once opened, does not swing back into closure. So, a postie who I have allowed to enter may not close it and it stays open. #2, Whilst the outside (facing the street) handle cannot be twisted, anyone can slide their hand through the grills to open it from the inside handle. So, my question is - is this something you could help me with to fix, or would you say that installing a new gate is the only option?

I was reversing and back into the garage door sliding down halfway. The car was fine but left a subtle curve at the bottom of the garage door panel.No dent on car and panel. The garage door is 2 months old and brand name is 4D Doors. I would like to get a check and see what to do to get the shapeback.

Description: We need help fixing a door that has become difficult to open and close properly. The issue started after the door accidentally slammed shut – since then, it's been misaligned and hard to operate. Additionally, the door lock has come partially detached. We've tried screwing it back a few times, but the screws no longer hold due to the holes being too loose. The lock keeps falling off after a few days. What needs to be done: - Fix the door alignment so it opens and closes smoothly - Secure the existing lock properly (preferred), or - Replace it with a similar-looking lock if it can’t be securely fixed Notes: - We're tenants, so ideally we want to keep the current lock unless replacement is absolutely necessary - Please bring your own tools and any hardware or filler material if needed Let us know your availability and experience with similar door and lock repairs.

Apartment front door handle suddenly loose, very hard to open, near impossible to lock. Seems to be issue either in tubular latch or something is loose. I have had a crack at fixing it but have failed. Abysmally.

The door handle on the bedroom door is getting stuck when it's closed. It's not the door, just the handle causing an issue

The alignment of our front door has slightly moved and that means the lock is not latching properly. Need someone to realign the lock/latch. See pictures.

The Lock on toilte door jammed and needs to removed if cant be fixed whole door needs to be changed

My apartment door Lockwood lock does not seem to actually lock anymore. Every time I close door and lock it, I can still open the door with the lower door handle. Prefer to have it fixed if possible. - Due date: Before Friday, 11 August 2023
