The backdoor autolock is not lined up properly. The latch bolt is not lined up with the latch plate. Need re-alignment done.

Need a tradesperson or Carpenter to install two internal door locks. One lock was previously installed up side down (installed incorrectly). The other lock mechanism failed in the locked position and the door and the jamb was damaged when the door was forced open. Locks will be provided and any other required materials. Note: The damaged Jamb on one of the Interior Doors will need to be repaired before installing the new lock. Refer to photos.

My lock for my car hasn’t been working for a while, I’d like to have a central lock installed. The aftermarket ones. The previous mechanic already disconnected the mechanism that triggers the alarm when the lock is broken I think. The car previously had an aftermarket lock installed which worked for 7 years. So to be clear this task is for 1) to purchase the remote control lock system (will pay for that on top of this) 2) to install it 3) to un jam the key stuck in the door. It’s a Honda jazz 2003 manual. Currently the key that usually opens the side door is stuck in the keyhole, will also need your help removing that. The sliding door locking mechanism is no longer working at the back end of the door. Needs to be replaced.

Locksmith required to fix stiff front door lock. The lock is difficult to rotate when door is shut, particularly in hot weather, the ‘male’ component on the door seems to have too much pressure on the ‘female’ component on the door frame causing friction and difficulty in rotating the lock to open. Also, I would like to recalibrate the lock on a separate door in the garage to work on an existing key that currently opens the front door and front gate.
