Replacement of 2 locks of the door.

Repair or replace apartment door lock. Our current keys suddenly wont work outside & we also cannot lock/unlock from the inside as it is jammed. Unsure if the lock is worn/damaged/misaligned or needs a new one. Entro brand. Unsure about how much this goes for for service. Willing to pay for new lock with cash if required.

Replace deadlock with catchment lock on solid timber front door Description: We have a solid timber front door where a carpenter has installed a Lockwood deadlock (key both sides). The deadlock works but requires manual locking each time. We’d like a professional locksmith to: • Remove the current deadlock. • Supply and install a latching entrance lock (so the door catches shut automatically). • Lock should have key access from outside and turn/snib inside. • Please provide options/quote for: 1. A standard keyed entrance set. 2. A mortice lock with latch + deadbolt (premium option). Notes: • Door is heavy, solid timber (custom made). • Old deadlock hole may need adjusting/cover plate depending on the replacement lock chosen. • Must be a qualified locksmith. Flexible on timing, prefer within the next week.
