My TV suddenly lost its picture while I was watching it last night. The screen faded to black, starting near the top-middle and moving down toward the bottom. The TV still turns on, the sound works normally. The backlight also seems to be working and changes with the video, but the screen remains completely black with no visible image or menus. I have already turned the TV off, unplugged it from the wall for more than 12 hours, and tried it again, but the issue is still there. Hello Taskers! We’re looking for an experienced installer to wall mount a 65" LG tv. The TV is unboxed and currently on its original stand. No unboxing, packaging disposal is required. There are holes/wall plates already to hide internal cable hiding/routing. We have also bought a new plate and grommet kit for replacement. The wall bracket (Matchmaster) has already been purchased therefore we just need installation. The wall is gyprock and we do not know where the studs are (rental property). The previous tenants had mounted a tv however it’s unclear if they installed to the studs. As you are the expert, we will need you to advise of the appropriate hardware (stud anchors or screws or toggle bolts etc.) to purchase. I will buy them from Bunnings and return if unused. TV not able to be switch on. Last 2-3 weeks it took awhile to turn the tv on. After clicking on the on switch, I would need to press a few other buttons before the tv turns on. However today, there are no light at the bottom of the tv. TV modal is a LG OLED tv(OLED65C9PTA).

I had a new LG TV delivered to my parents house yesterday. The guys who delivered installed it but mum doesn’t understand how to get the free to air to work. I’m guessing the antenna hasn’t been connected. They have all cables and antenna from old tv that was removed. Should be a very quick and easy job.
