A service was carried out a few weeks ago, and the technician identified the following issues: one unit is not functioning properly and may have a problem with the solenoid and condenser fan motor. The second unit may have a compressor issue or a gas leak. In both cases, it was recommended that a technician with experience in VRV or City Multi systems be engaged. Split system is not cooling. The fan is working. I have put new batteries in their emoji no difference. The remote seems to work and switches it on and off. It’s just that only room temperature here comes out. Perhaps a bit cool but not cool enough . It used to work fine.
