My LG split system air conditioner (Model: P4S4NWKCLZ2U1) has stopped working properly. Power light keeps flashing. Unit goes into Pre-Heating mode but never actually starts heating. From my research it could be a refrigerant issue (possible leak or low gas), but I need a licensed technician to diagnose properly. Important Details: I am on the bottom floor. I need my split system fan replaced as it snapped. And installed also. Attached are pics of unit and the report of what i need. Not a big job and unit is working fine its rattling because fan broke whilst cleaning it.
