Plan is to: Pressure wash the area (18sqm) - Apply Bondcrete to the slab gap - approximately 2cm (H) x 1cm (D) x 13m (L) - Apply bonding primer to adjacent concrete paving (18sqm) After Bondcrete and primer have dried: - Apply Sikaflex (probably PRO, PRO+, or 111 Stick & Seal) or similar to the slab gap - approximately 2cm (H) x 1cm (D) x 13m (L) - Apply floor leveller (20kg bag should suffice) to 18sqm paving, and create a very gentle slope to draw water away from the house slab (towards drainage on other side of paving) - Apply topcoat to toughen levelled paving Will need to be completed by Friday to make use of ideal temp/drying conditions. 0.3m high x 3.7m x 3.7m area of backyard needs to be levelled. Mostly grass, soil and small rocks. There's a small section of brick and stone pavers that need to be machine-cut for neatness. The stone pavers are to be saved for repurposing. Other minor jobs available if within your scope: -Dismount and relocate the (empty) water tank to another part of the house -Remove 4 x small trees (<20cm trunks) from ground -Tree and hedges removal Interested in a neat finish from a reliable tradesperson.
