I am looking for a skilled and experienced person for a professional-standard repair of our uneven backyard pavers (see photo). The existing pavers have sunk and shifted, and I require a proper fix to ensure longevity. ​The approximate area is 5-6 square meters. The detailed scope of work is as follows: ​1. Lift Pavers: Carefully lift the existing brick pavers and set them aside for reuse. ​2. Prepare Base: Excavate the old, failed bedding sand and assess the sub-base. Add new road base/crusher dust as required. ​3. Compact Base: The sub-base must be properly compacted using a mechanical plate compactor ("wacker packer") to create a solid, stable foundation that prevents future sinking. ​4. Screed Sand: Lay and screed a new layer of bedding sand to create a smooth and level surface, ensuring a slight 'fall' (slope) is incorporated to direct water away from the shed foundation. ​5. Re-lay Pavers: Neatly and professionally re-lay the original pavers with even spacing. ​6. Lock-in Pavers: Supply and apply polymeric sand to the joints, sweeping it in and lightly watering to activate it as per the manufacturer's instructions. This is a firm requirement to lock in the pavers and prevent weeds. ​7. Clean Up: Thoroughly clean the work area and pavers upon completion, and remove all waste, excess materials, and rubbish from the site.

I have glass sliding doors and windows that all need cleaning inside and outside. Some of the windows have security screens on them so these will need to be taken off to clean the windows and put back on after. It is a two level apartment so you may need a ladder to get to the outside of the second floor windows. I have taken photos of all the glass that needs cleaning.
