25x16 sqm Area recently excavated to reduce slope. Still pretty rough and not flat. I have 14 m2 of sandy soil half on the area and half near it. The area needs to be leveled . Subturf irrigation lines run every 1 meter. I have storm water pipe close to the area. Will need more top soil. Then lay instant turf. I would prefer sir Walter. I need done in October. Access is through carport - 2 meter clearance. Ute, trailer and bob cat can get through.
