Looking to have our new build landscaped - the area is 50m2. Would require any undersoil prep, supply, and install of turf. Ideally would like a zoysia or buffalo but open to discussion. Price is just listed as a starting point.

Large 14oosqm yard needs a big tidy up and clean. Mow large yard. It’s a 1400sqm block. Have entered low price because I’m not sure what to expect for quotes. Please have a look at the photos but keep in mind sometimes in photos it looks smaller than it is. I just don’t want someone to turn up and be annoyed if they think it’s smaller than it is! The grass is very long at the moment. I don’t need it manicured, just mown so it’s safe for the kids to run around without worrying something is hiding in the grass. ** Update** I have changed the design and will have the whole area installed with artificial turf - total area is around 25m2. I will also help on the day/s. I have attached some photos***…… I'm looking for someone with artificial grass installing experience, in particular a putting green. Initially I was going to complete all myself however I will need help. I will at least prepare all areas, including removing stones, old pavers and dirt. Total artificial grass area is 13m2 and the turf area is 7m2. I can supply the artificial grass, road base, sand, grass and soil.
