Due to health and medical issues, we are no longer able to maintain them ourselves and are looking for someone to take this over on a regular basis. Property Details: Location: Phillip St, St Marys (Exact house number will be provided once the job is assigned). Total Land Area: 596 m². Estimated Grass Area: Approximately 350 m² – 400 m².
