With the recent rain my tiny 15m x 8m backyard has been overrun with weed growth and seedlings from an overhanging tree. It’s a full on mess, but the majority of the stuff in the pictures will come down with a whipper snipper or edger. We are preparing our house to put on the market and have a photographer booked in mid-September. Our existing grass has been worn out by our large dogs. We need the existing grass and topsoil removed, the soil prepared, and new turf laid so that it looks established and an amazing lawn for kids to play on for our open-for-inspections from the end of September. Allow for all waste to be removed from the property. The area is flat and is about 3 metres wide, and 12 metres long. Access is via a concrete driveway and then through a gate about 900mm wide (no steps). We will be keeping the dogs off the new grass until the auction day!
