The garden area is not very flat. It has a few dips and high sections. The ground should be leveled to lay the Turf on. There is a thin strip of plants which I don't mind keeping. But the edging of that needs to be redone since the existing wooden ones are decaying. This might bring down the total working are slightly, but not a lot. So, minimum working area would be about 30Sqm I still haven't decided whether to go with Natural or Artificial turf. If you've got recommendations based on experience, please suggest me. Unfortunately, there is no access to the backyard other than through the front door. So, any equipment, tools and material must fit through the front door. We could chat about how to safely move the stuff to the garden.
