I am looking for someone who can remove dead grass and dig out about 10cm deep to prepare for turf laying. Also take away grass/dirt. This job would be best done by a machine but the access gate is less than 1m wide. It could be done by hand but would be difficult, manual labour. We previously has this professionally turfed but because the ground underneath is so solid and compacted, and was not dug out deep enough, the roots did not take. One main area and a second smaller area. Previous quote stated area is 15m2 + 12m2 =27m2. This task is just the digging in preparation for new soil and turf but happy for quote for doing the lot if able to do so, ideally with Qld blue couch grass.

Our lease is coming up and we need the lawn taken care of to an acceptable standard. Lawn mowed, edges trimmed and cleaned up. If you are able to give the garden a little tidy that'd also be very welcome. We do have a green waste bin, but you may need to take some as well as it usually fills up quite fast from when we've mowed it ourselves in the past. Needing an L- shaped area turfed after a recent pool and deck build. Need drainage, quality underlay soil, sir Walter grass. Drainage needs to be some sort of ag pipe into trenches and then connected to storm water drain. As rain has been pooling here. Turf layed and rolled with an underlay fertilizer
