Urgent: High-Volume Clothing Steamer Needed (Short-Term Project) We are opening a brand-new boutique and need a fast, efficient, and detail-oriented Clothing Steamer to help us get our inventory looking flawless for opening day! If you take pride in making clothes look pristine and love a satisfying, fast-paced project, we want to hear from you. 🗓️ The Details Duration: 4 weeks Commitment: 3 days per week (Days can be flexible/negotiable) Location: Croydon Pay Rate: $25 ✨ What You’ll Be Doing You will be responsible for unboxing, hanging, and steam-ironing a large volume of brand-new retail clothing. Your goal is to ensure every garment is perfectly wrinkle-free and ready for the sales floor. ✔️ What We Are Looking For Experience: Previous experience with commercial garment steamers (or high-volume iron/steam work in retail, dry cleaning, or hospitality) is highly preferred. Stamina & Speed: This is a high-volume role. You need to be able to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care for different fabric types. Even though I try to avoid buying clothes that crease … inevitably I end up with ironing sitting in a basket and I just keep avoiding it… so I am looking for someone who could commit to approx. one laundry basket of ironing per fortnight. The load can be taken away (if non-smoker, no pets) and returned the following day. Or alternately complete task at my home using my iron. Just need someone trustworthy and reliable.
